Flinders Park Netball

About us

The Flinders Park Netball Club was established in 2015 to enable the women associated with the Flinders Park Football Club to play competitive netball together under the club's banner with the main goals being fun and fitness. Following a recruitment drive in the local community two teams were formed and entered into the South Australian Uniting Church Netball Association (SAUCNA), with our highest grade team achieving the ultimate success and taking out our maiden Premiership in just our first season.

Building on the success of our first season the club has grown significantly in a short period of time. The winter competition played on Saturdays is our 'serious' time of the year with trials held preseason and compulsory team trainings, while summer is approached as our social arm with girls playing with friends and family for a bit of fun. We invite all Flinders Park people to attend any of our games during either season and cheer us on, and all players, coaches and spectators are encouraged back to the club on Saturday nights in winter to let their hair down and enjoy a cold drink together!
